Currently serving as the Director of School and Teacher Quality with Portsmouth Schools, Dusti Johnson-Brinker brings 35 years of education experience as a teacher, reading specialist, assistant principal, principal and Coordinator for School Improvement and Professional Development. As a turnaround principal, she successfully led the division's largest Title One School to accreditation within 3 years and devised a school-wide goal setting and discipline system to support positive behavior. A two time division teacher of the year, she is a NAESP Certified principal mentor and a Nationally Certified School Improvement Specialist.
