The Boys and Girls Clubs of Metro Richmond has partnered with Virginia Learns and TNTP to make career programming more meaningful and engaging for students. We intend to improve student engagement by providing opportunities to experience how various careers use Durable Skills through a series of real-world decision-making scenario prompts. Participants will learn about this partnership, experience the scenario design process, and come away with a planning template useful to support students in applying critical thinking and other Durable Skills in any content area.
