I am a Regional Director with the Center for the Collaborative Classroom. I received my M.ED. from the University of Virginia and have experience as a classroom teacher, reading specialist, and instructional specialist at the district level. My role in both school and district-level positions was to support curriculum implementation and provide high-quality professional development for teachers and administrators. I have experience as a literacy coach and I'm passionate about building teacher capacity in research-based literacy instruction to ensure equitable access for all students.
