Sarah is an accomplished educator and district leader with over 15 years of experience in Broward County Public Schools, the sixth largest district in the nation.  Throughout her tenure she has held various roles, including general education teacher, interventionist, , literacy specialist, MTSS/RTI Coordinator, professional learning specialist, and district administrator. As a District Administrator, she spearheaded systematic and organizational changes that involved adopting evidence-based literacy practices grounded in the Science of Reading. Her efforts resulted in improved literacy outcomes for students across the district.
