About me
Tabitha Carter is in her fourth year as a Literacy Coach for Rockingham County Public Schools. Prior to that, she was a reading specialist at both the elementary and secondary level as well as a 1st grade teacher. She is currently working toward her doctorate of education in Reading at the University of Virginia.
