About me
My name is Tyler Hunt and I am the Coordinator of Instructional Technology for Martinsville City Public Schools, a small division with two elementary schools, a middle school, and a high school.
In this role, I oversee and roster all district instructional applications, lead professional development initiatives for instructional technology, and head the MCPS AI Visionaries Team.
I also manage the district's LMS platform, Canvas, and its assessment platform, Performance Matters. Additionally, I serve as a super user for VVAAS.
I enhance instructional planning by leveraging generative AI for data analytics, curriculum design, standard-aligned lessons, and instructional resources. My passion for data-driven instruction has also inspired me to develop anonymized scripts to uphold student data privacy in AI-driven data analysis models.
